Curran is a family-owned boutique e-commerce-based reseller with 30 years of experience curating European-influenced flat woven, natural, and sisal-look carpets and high-end luxury outdoor furnishing brands. We serve the interior design, trade, and hospitality industries, as well as design-oriented consumers. Our thoughtful offering is of better-best quality, with a focus on sustainability, design, and increasingly proprietary products.
Our corporate office is in Seattle, Washington, and we have partner warehouses in Georgia and Holland. We source through domestic distributors and collaborate with international suppliers to produce proprietary goods. Our logistics operations include third-party warehousing, brown box and LTL drop shipments, international import/export and white glove, final mile services.

Skills & Experience
- Technical Proficiency: 3+ years experience with ERP systems, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and dashboard/report creation. Familiar with freight portals (FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers).
- Supply Chain Expertise: 3+ years working cross-functionally in supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, global supply chain coordination, and collaboration with international suppliers.
- Logistics Knowledge: Proficient in third-party warehousing, domestic LTL, import/export compliance, and white-glove freight services for both commercial and residential clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with tech teams to optimize systems and workflows, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Salary Range: $66,000 - $74,000 DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility:
- Ensure delivery of the right product, at the pre-negotiated price, on time to customers.
Procurement
- Take ownership of the procurement process from requisition through final payment, staying accountable for resolving any issues.
- Manage procurement tasks, including sending POs, vetting OCs, supplier communication, and tracking order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to understand customer requirements and achieve successful order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, escalating recurring issues or discrepancies as needed.
Supply Chain
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, planning reports, and ERP data to support strategic planning and sales teams.
- Coordinate inventory transfers between international warehouse locations.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including international trade regulations.
- Work across sales, accounting, external vendors, and quality control teams to resolve vendor production claims and provide quarterly evaluations for stakeholder review.
- Streamline workflow processes across teams to improve efficiency.
Logistics
- Support US and global sales teams by coordinating freight RFQs for domestic and international shipments.
- Leverage expertise in international import/export best practices to manage logistics operations effectively.
- Oversee third-party warehousing and drop shipment processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Track open orders and update ERP systems with shipment details for sales team follow-up.
- Request quotes and coordinate white-glove delivery services for high-end residential deliveries.
- Enhance logistics workflows to improve transparency, optimize costs, and ensure reliable, timely delivery.
POSITION DETAILS
- Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST (potential for earlier shifts after onboarding).
- Hybrid Role: 4 days in-office during onboarding; 3-4 days in-office weekly thereafter.
- Reports To: Head of Sales & Product Development.
- Location: Our office and design showroom are located in beautiful downtown Seattle, offering stunning views of Puget Sound and within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market.
